Autumn Years Friendship Group is a project aimed at helping you to remain independent at home.

What area does the project cover?

Attenborough, Beeston, Bramcote, Chilwell, Stapleford, Strelley Village, Trowell and surrounding areas.



What kind of things do you do?

Complementary therapies, nail trimming, topical speakers,

information, presentations, arts and crafts, health and fitness,

games, day trips, shopping trips, lunch and much more.

We also offer a full personal needs assessment aimed at

helping you to remain independent at home. Our Community

Outreach Adviser can visit you at home, as many times as you

like, at a time that is convenient to you to discuss your needs.

Where does it take place?

Most activities take place at St. Helens Church Hall, Stapleford,

although activities take place throughout Broxtowe.
